1. Where are you located?
Answer: We are located in Surabaya, Indonesia.
2. Are all the products on your site in stock?
Answer: When you click on a product and it says "In Stocks", it means we have it in stock. When it says "Out of Stock", it means we don't have it in stock.
3. How is the quality of the clothes?
Answer: We only sell good quality clothes. Around 95% of our products are the same as photos
4. What is the minimum order?
Answer: we do not have minimums. You can buy 1 item from Istanabaju.com.
5. Do you do wholesale?
Answer: Yes, we do both wholesale and retail. You can contact us by email or phone for wholesale/reseller information.
6. Do you have paper catalog?
Answer: We don't have paper catalog. We update our products on our website regularly.
7. How is your sizing?
Answer: Most of the clothes are in ONE Size / Free Size. Pay attention on the product detail before you buy to ensure the clothes to fit you the best.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: Currently we only accept TT transfer.
9. What about returns and exchanges?
Answer: We have return system for unamendable detective /missing /wrong items. Confirm within 24 hours after order being received. Do not remove the clothing tag.
10. What are your shipping rates?
Answer: Shipping rate will be automatically counted during checkout process based on your shipping address location
11. When will i receive my order?
Answer: We will arrange delivery immediately after we received your payment. Payment confirmation received before 10 am Monday-Saturday, will be shipped in the same day. Payment confirmation received after 10 am (WIB) Monday-Saturday will be shipped in the next working day.
